모질라 파이어폭스 105 보안 업데이트

모질라 파이어폭스에서 제공하는 브라우저인 파이어폭스에 대한 보안 업데이트 및 일부 기능 수정 업데이트가 진행이 되었습니다.
주요 개선 사항은 Windows 및 Linux에서 메모리 부족 상황을 더 잘 처리하여 충돌 가능성을 최소화하는 것입니다.

다소 단순한 소리 조정은 시스템 메모리가 부족할 때 브라우저의 기본 프로세스가 건드리지 않도록 하며 대신 콘텐츠 프로세스가 메모리를 확보하기 위해 도마에 먼저 있습니다. 메인 프로세스를 종료하면 전체 브라우저가 종료되지만 콘텐츠 프로세스가 종료되면 브라우저에서 열려 있는 웹 페이지만 충돌하며
마찬가지로 모질라 파이어폭스는 리눅스에서 파이어폭스 브라우저의 메모리 부족 동작도 개선했다고 말하고 있습니다.

CVE-2022-40959: Bypassing FeaturePolicy restrictions on transient pages
Description:During iframe navigation, certain pages did not have their FeaturePolicy fully initialized leading to a bypass that leaked device permissions into untrusted subdocuments.
CVE-2022-40960: Data-race when parsing non-UTF-8 URLs in threads
Description:Concurrent use of the URL parser with non-UTF-8 data was not thread-safe. This could lead to a use-after-free causing a potentially exploitable crash.
CVE-2022-40958: Bypassing Secure Context restriction for cookies with __Host and __Secure prefix
Description:By injecting a cookie with certain special characters, an attacker on a shared subdomain which is not a secure context could set and thus overwrite cookies from a secure context, leading to session fixation and other attacks.
CVE-2022-40961: Stack-buffer overflow when initializing Graphics
Description:During startup, a graphics driver with an unexpected name could lead to a stack-buffer overflow causing a potentially exploitable crash.
This issue only affects Firefox for Android. Other operating systems are not affected.
CVE-2022-40956: Content-Security-Policy base-uri bypass
Description:When injecting an HTML base element, some requests would ignore the CSP's base-uri settings and accept the injected element's base instead.
CVE-2022-40957: Incoherent instruction cache when building WASM on ARM64
Description:Inconsistent data in instruction and data cache when creating wasm code could lead to a potentially exploitable crash.
This bug only affects Firefox on ARM64 platforms.
CVE-2022-40962: Memory safety bugs fixed in Firefox 105 and Firefox ESR 102.3
Description:Mozilla developers Nika Layzell, Timothy Nikkel, Jeff Muizelaar, Sebastian Hengst, Andreas Pehrson, and the Mozilla Fuzzing Team reported memory safety bugs present in Firefox 104 and Firefox ESR 102.2. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code
