[폴란드 영화]303 전투비행단(Dywizjon 303,Squadron 303,2018)

오늘은 폴란드 영화인 303 전투비행단(Dywizjon 303,Squadron 303)에 대해 글을 적어 보겠습니다. 해당 영화는 폴란드 영화 로서 영국 본토 항공전(1940년 7월 10일~10월 31일)을 다루고 있으면 아카디 피들서 책을 원작으로 하고 있는 영화입니다. 해당 영화는 Hawker Hurricane(허리케인 전투기)으로 독일군에 맞서는 폴란드 조종사의 이야기를 다루고 있습니다.
영화는 시작하자마자 독일군과의 전투가 시작되고 그리고 처칠의 1940년 6월18일 의회 연설이 흘러나옵니다.

허리케인 전투기(Hawker Hurricane)

The Battle of Britain is about to begin. Upon this battle depends the survival of Christian civilization. Upon it depends our own British life, and the long continuity of our institutions and our Empire. The whole fury and might of the enemy must very soon be turned on us. Hitler knows that he will have to break us in this Island or lose the war. If we can stand up to him, all Europe may be free and the life of the world may move forward into broad, sunlit uplands. 그것을 듣는 폴란드 조종사 중 무슨 말인지 몰라서 동료 전투기 조종사인 폴에게 물어보게 되고 폴은 곧 전쟁이 시작되고 폴란드만 위해서 싸우는 것이 아니라는 말을 해주게 되고 영화는 시작됩니다. 처음에는 영국군 장교들은 폴란드 전투기 비행사를 우습게 보고 허리케인 전투기를 조종할 줄 모른다고 하지만 무시하지만 

얀 에우게니우슈 루드빅 줌바흐 (Jan Eugeniusz Ludwig Zumbach)

여기서 얀 에우게니우슈 루드빅 줌바흐 (Jan Eugeniusz Ludwig Zumbach) 소위가 전투기를 몰고 가서 독일 공군 전투기 와 공중전을 벌이게 되고

여기서 줌바흐 소위는 상부의 명령을 어겼기 때문에 구두로 경고를 받고 영국군에서는 영국군 전투기 조종사를 양성하려면

Witold Urbanowicz(우르바노비치 위톨드)

시간이 필요하고 이를 폴란드 조종사 여기서 단 10시간을 훈련을 받고 적기 100기를 상대로 가는 폴란드 전투기들은 노련을 독일군에게 요격을 당하게 되고 여기서 우르바노비치 위톨드,얀 에우게니우슈 루드빅 줌바흐 등 폴란드 소속 공군 조종사들의 활약을 다루는 영화입니다. 솔직히 해당 영화는 뭐라고 할까 지루한 느낌이 많이 들었던 영화였습니다.
